About Me

I am a motivated junior software developer, changing careers after more than a decade in the field of teaching economics and business studies to the international students of the different backgrounds. I would like to work in an environment where I can learn fast and gain experience and be a helpful team member. After completing the bootcamp, in my spare time I love to ... debug code, struggle with node dependencies, as well as improving my JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Python, algorithms and data structures knowledge and skills. On top of these, my recent interest include the visual side of software development; make it CSS animation, visualising data, scraping and computer vision using OpenCV, because "A picture is worth a thousand words".

I do believe that "The best is the enemy of the good". In order to meet customers' needs, software developer should not fixate himself/herself on the part of the code, perfecting functionality at the cost of the firm's time and delayed delivery to the client.

In December 2021 I completed a 12-week software development bootcamp with distinction. Working hard and problem solving are very much of my personality. In the short time of the intensive development training I am proud of what I have managed to achieve. At the same time I am fully aware that in my developer's role I will not be able to rest on what I already know. I hope you can enjoy my projects that have just started my long journey into development.
